Shipping policy

 

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed.

Physical orders will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering.  If you've chosen a shipping option with tracking, we'll email you with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. 

In the United States, we offer free shipping on all orders of $40 or more. 

Free shipping option does not provide tracking.

If you need your order delivered faster or with tracking, you can choose the appropriate option(s) at checkout. Delivery rates for these shipping services are calculated in real time at checkout.

Orders received after 3pm EDT will be fulfilled the following day. 

International shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Downloadable Item Delivery

A link for your digital purchases will appear on the order summary page after your order is successfully placed.

You will also receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed followed by another email with a link to download your purchase.

As part of your purchase, all downloadable items come with free updates. These updates will be emailed to the address associated with your purchase as long as you are subscribed to receive emails from GameGearMaster.com.
