Crafting Tabletop Terrain Doesn't Take Talent

Crafting Tabletop Terrain Doesn't Take Talent

"I'm not artistic, so I can't make terrain."

"I'm terrible at painting, so I can't make terrain."

"I can't draw a straight line, so I can't make terrain."

"I'm not good at measuring and math, so I can't make terrain."

Sound familiar? I hear it all the time and it breaks my heart because none of those reasons make you unable to make tabletop terrain. That's doubley true for TERRAINO since it's designed from the ground up to be easy to make by almost anyone. It's the guiding principle that informs everything in the TERRAINO tabletop terrain system.

Making terrain is a skill. Like any skill, once you have the knowledge and some practice under your belt, you can do it. I promise! While it can be challenging making terrain if you've never made any kinds of crafts before, TERRAINO is designed to be a turnkey system: just read the manuals, make the tools and your set to make as much TERRAINO tabletop terrain as you want. No measuring, no artistic talent needed, no arcane knowledge - just simple techniques that almost anyone can master.

Loki hadn't crafted anything but he made an amazing TERRAINO set. Check out his TERRAINO set here.

Still not sure? Check out the video playlist below. It takes you right through making the core pieces of TERRAINO - all the way from printing out the tools and templates on any home, office or retails store printer - to finishing the pieces with the Quickcoat single coat painting method. They go hand in hand with the TERRAINO Dungeon Basics Starter Bundle. It contains everything you need to make a great TERRAINO set with all the core TERRAINO pieces:

I hope you'll agree that making tabletop terrain is doable by almost anyone. What has your experience been like? I'd love to hear in the comments below.
